About this user

Ilias Lintzos was born in Greece in 1985. He started playing music at the age of fourteen, starting with percussions and then with the drums. After high school he continued his studies in Information Technologies at University of Athens, Greece while he started his music studies in a conservatory. After three years while he was playing, as a drummer or as a percussionist with a lot of bands he started lessons with his favourite drummer at "Modern Music School Athens" for three years. In October 2009 Ilias left Greece and moved in Birmingham UK, where he lives now, and studying at "Academy of Music and Sound". He works as session drummer and percussionist around Midlands and he is a member of "Mr Shankly" and "Frutaloka", two of the most oncoming bands of the local scene of Birmingham, as he also is a member of "Dr Zook" which is a new project of four already established musicians in Birmingham. The debut album of Mr Shankly band is also his first production project.
