I began my barbeque career back in 1987, when I took third place for brisket and fifth place in poultry at the T-Town BBQ Cook-Off in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since then, I have won over 300 barbeque championships, from the Carolinas through to Memphis and Texas to Oklahoma and even up to the Pacific Northwest. Ive won titles for every type of food- ribs, beef, pork, chicken, baked beans, fish, hash, side dishes, sauces, rubs, and marinades.
Now, I want to share my expertise and love of BBQ with Americans, my delicious grilling recipes, and my BBQ tips and tricks so you can host and cook the perfect barbeque in your own backyard. Im always willing to offer tips to make sure your outdoor cooking experience is as delicious and enjoyable as you imagined.
