Check out my bedroom and study room videos from my home. I got almost to second degree blackbelt in Taekwondo and was an instructor while taking it. I sparred in 7 tournaments while taking Taekwondo. I also spent years studing Dim mak and Ninjutsu. I learned a lot of other military training and techniques from many systems that work. I aslo taught myself to box and can teach almost anyone with a little practice to throw 6 punches in one second. I am a big Philadelphia Eagles fan when it comes to football. The Eagles rule! I do a lot of meditation and natural cures. I also enjoy weight lifting as much as I can. I enjoy life and create my own destiny.
