I teach yoga in Tallinn, Estonia and now I want to use this media to spread this beautiful practice with as many people as possible. Yoga has changed my life and I have a sincere wish to help you start practicing.

This channel is changing a bit. I will upload mostly my "yogi's life" vlogs to this channel. The yoga school and other yoga videos (like the primary series) I will upload to my new channel http://www.youtube.com/TheYogaSchool. I will re-film all the videos and upload them there... in higher quality and with better content :).
