About this user

polio survivor, retired, now on a mission to share my story.. I am now suffering the effects of post polio syndrome, but not ready to slow down, I never saw myself as disabled and spent a lifetime trying to prove that. now I have the time and the opportunity to share my story, I think Orpah and 60 minutes would also be a great forum to show physical challenges are no different then the challenges everyone confronts, be it race, broken home, poverty, then point is that we se our own limits, barriers were ment to be broken...to quote my former boss ."I have barrier issues",.....shes right1 I dont see them.
