First off, thanks for watching, rating, and commenting on my videos!

I'm currently a Senior in college. Around January, 2008, I decided I wanted to start playing the piano in the limited spare time that I have. I started taking lessons once a week and try to practice at least an hour or so everyday.

I'm mainly focusing on more popular songs rather than classical, but I'm sure a few classical pieces will pop up. I'm currently working on three other pieces and hope to some new videos up within a few weeks. So check back regularly for new video uploads!

Also, below is a Q/A type section. If you have specific questions, feel free to ask!

Q: How long have you been playing the piano?
A: 1 year

Q: Do you read sheets or play by ear?
A: I mainly read sheets. However, I can't sight read, so normally I just break a song down note by note, and lock it into memory. So what you see me play DOES come from sheet music, but it's being played from memory.

Q: What piano are you using?
A: Yamaha YDP-223...AWESOME piano!

Q: How are your videos recorded?
A: The first two videos were recorded straight from the video camera. However, now I record from the AUX OUT of the piano to the LINE IN on my computer, while I record the video. This allows for the audio to be of the highest quality with minimal clipping.
