And the stream of thought musical & lyrical passages....I dont know...I know they say there werent into drugs, but I'm thinking they MUST have dabbled in some hallucinogenics to create some of this...One thing is for sure, they spent a lot of time alone each coming up w musical ideas.

a remarkable approach to a blues tune. Hendrix's chord voicings are suprisingly complex. Nice chord changes too....diminished and all, along w nice key changes. And his poetry captures the circus/vaudevillian feel of gigs etc...brilliant.
