About Me:
 
I'm a Lead Guitarist from Chicago whose been on a long hiatus from the music scene. I'd like to get some work published, and if the opportunity presents itself, form or join a Heavy Rock/Metal band, get some gigs and go from there. I just started working with a fantastic engineer and hope to have some professional demos soon. In the meantime, I'm still doing low budget YouTube videos because I enjoy making them and like to meet other musicians and music fans. I like the classics- Deep Purple, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, UFO, Dio etc. but I also like some Progressive bands (especially Opeth). I'm classically trained and also enjoy Blues too but when performing I like it loud and heavy. I usually don't like to do covers note-for-note, but I also know it's essential to maintain key phrases and riffs when covering a tune. Sometimes though I will cover a song note-for-note if it's a song that gives you little room for improv.
My channel also has some product demos and some random noodling to practice works in progress. I have also uploaded a lot of cool videos from bands I like.

Hi John, yeah man . . . the Pats used their 'get out jail free' card, didn't they. The look on the faces of the Ravens players was something else. I felt a bit sorry young Ray Rice of Baltimore. There was a story about him, pretty tough up bringing and a win might have been worthy for the fella. Plus plenty of people put crap on the kicker but he has won shit loads of matches for them with his boot in the past. As for the Giants, they are seriously talking up their 'D-fence' after only allowing 39 through the gate in 3 games. I reckon they will need to stop at least 24 to keep Brady at bay!
Mate, I like your current feature-vid but 2 minutes 32 ain't long enough for my liking. I was just gettin' into it when it ended! oh well, all the best J-Man. Catch up soon.
