Careful, i hope the crank seals arent too dried up from sitting so long. They will suck air into the crankcase if they're bad causing the bike to lean out too much & seize.

Nice bike, i have one too. yours seems to run beautifully, great throttle response. But 8 mins of traffic? post another one soon, i wanna see that bike open up more :)

Beautiful! I had one that i bought from the original owner about two years ago, all mine needed was the bare minimum to get going too! mine was missing the headlight/speedo unit and the seat was trashed but otherwise the bike was pretty decent. no title though, but it was a great find for $150

Very very nice!! mine was a total basketcase when i got it off of CL for $30a few years ago. Mine was missing the seat,side covers,dented tank,etc etc. I bobbed mine and my vids are on here. Glad to finally see some more RX-50's on youtube! If anybody is interested in a good source for performanc...

Great bike, and wonderfully restored, but dont retire them, ride em! even if its only 25 miles a year.....
