♦ A concert was held at Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh Celebrating Preah Vihear's new title as a World Heritage Site on July 12th. Many popular singers performed at this concert including: Meng Keo Pich Chenda, Meas Sok Sophea, Khat Sokhim, Preab Sovath, Sokun Nisa, Chhorn Sovanreach, Him Sivorn, Sous Songvecha, Yuk Tith Ratha, Chan Leakhena, Yothara Channy, Chhoun Sovanchai, Noy Vanneth, Keo Pich Pisey, Danh Monica & Rock Production. Eang Rithy & Sim Solika were announcers for most of the concert

♦ Reymeas has released volumes 96-98

♦ Rasmey Hang Meas has released Volume 95 (Sat' Momeach)

♦ Oeun Sreymom may tour the US in Winter of 2009

♦ Noun Chanthoeun is 5 months pregnant and is expected to give birth at the end of September

♦ Nop Bayarith's contract with Rasmey Hang Meas has expired. He will still sing for RHM if asked to. Nop Bayarith may tour the US in February 2009 with Chhet Sovanpanha

♦ Reymeas Productions has released the new line/production of DVDs called "Sen Sras" with volumes 1 & 2

♦ Rasmey Hang Meas' movie "Sdech Korn" will begin production in October 2008

♦ The lead male & female role of RHM's movie will be Preab Sovath & Saray Sakana, respectively

♦ Sok Pisey is seriously injured in a car accident on April 14, 2008. She is currently recovering at the Calmette Hospital in Phnom Penh. Her mother, two grandmothers and her cousin were killed in the crash

♦ Sok Sophear's & Khiev Sokharavy's wedding has been postponed

♦ Phan Navy's wedding was held at Mong Deyal restaurant on Dec. 21 in Phnom Penh

♦ Heng Bunleap's wedding took place in Pothisath Province in Dec. 2007--he has retired from singing/acting

♦ Oeun Sreymom has divorced her husband for reasons currently unknown

♦ Chhoun Sovanchai has given birth to a baby girl via C-section on January 10th -- The baby's name is: Prak Sovan Vichena

♦ Kim Leakhena has given birth to twins in December 2007

♦ Ouk Sokun Kanha has signed a 5-year contract to sing for Rasmey Hang Meas

♦ VIP Productions has released volumes 40 (Pros Kil Srey Chhnas) & 41 (Chab' Kou Som Sneah)

♦ SM Productions has released volumes 89-92 (Khmer New Year 2008)
