Some, such as our Summer trip down the "Heritage Highway" in search of indigenous road food, are one day, one-destination jaunts. Others such as our August East Coast road trip to New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island spanned a few weeks and offer video views of destinations normally overlooked by vacation planners.
