My goal is to lose all this nasty weight by July or August. I'm doing this the healthy way. I'm going to be taking it off a little fast at first but than slowing it down a bit towards the middle and and than slow it down a bit more towards the end. I believe I'll be keeping it off if I do it this way. Wish Me luck.
