"For 16-year-old Rachel & 17-year-old Ashlee, two's a company - literally. These teen professionals, who began filming home movies 10 years ago, transformed their hobby into a production company, M.A.R.S. Productions in 2001. Rachel writes and acts in the 20-plus movies the two have made, while Ashlee directs and edits.

Since the showing of "Middle Earth Idols" at a convention last year, the girls have been on a whirlwind trip of fame. The girls finance all their own films. Their first major film cost more than $5,000, all of which the girls made babysitting 32 different families, working seven days a week for nine months..."

Rachel played several characters in the film, which also starred Kiran Shah (LOTR), Dean Haglund (XFiles), Daniel Reeve (LOTR), Grant Wilson (TAPS) and Alexis Cruz (Stargate)."

Rachel is also a paranormal investigator, trained by Grant Wilson (TAPS), Patrick Burns (Haunting Evidence) and Chris Fleming (Dead Famous). She has investigated the Queen Mary (x2), Stanley Hotel (x2), Eastern State Penitentiary and Waverly Hills Sanatorium (x3), most recently in July 2008 as lead investigator for a private investigation.
