Born & raised in a Seattle family that was connected for years in both car and hydro racing. Dad sponsored the F-25 back in early 60's "Miss Van's PX", went on to sponsor the U-80during the 1970's & early 80's. Also sponsored the U-32 during the Bicentennial year. Finally at age 58 did the Richard Petty Driving Experience at Daytona International Speedway - LOVE THAT SPEED GENE.
