Dominick- I also agree great video! I must disagree with you though, Zillow is not a good starting place. There is no need for Zillow to be publishing information if they don't know if it's right or wrong, it's sort of like playing Russian Roulette with homes and their value. What I mean, getting a couple homes right is cool, but what about the one that gets the bullet. Think about about all the people that "play/use a zestimate"? I think many American families have been hurt by a Zestimate !

The top contributors that anonymously post are questionable at best, they do not have to follow any of Zillow's policies ie. "Good neighbors" Sour grapes is not what I experienced in Zillow. My experience is in the hands of a lawyer whose filing soon. There is absolutely a small interest group disparaged me and others, Zillow is part of and 100% aware of the group and behind the group.
Documentation proves statements about Zillow and its small interest group.

I do agree have, Zillow puts a lot of efforts into their mobile performance, it's too bad they don't put as much efforts into their website, as in my opinion it lacks transparency. A website that has a contributors, and uses questionable antics such as a " Zestimate ' ??? in my opinion it doesn't matter how fast or good Zillow is on a phone, I care about integrity in content. Trulia is a way better choice, IMO..

no wonder Spencer look so scared, lying to the public on national television must be a little scary. It's amazing how Spencer looks into the camera and lies. Zillow is only in the business of fooling people and making money, Zillow was not respected by professionals anymore and is losing the confidence of the public as well. Zillow has survived on gimmicks like a "zestimate" and other doom and gloom tactics, Zillow understands controversy relates to ratings.
