Blitzkrieg Tactics:
1) Stuka dive-bomber: 5,000
The Ju 87 was a key element of blitzkrieg, with its ability to attack pinpoint targets. Its siren had a terrifying effect.

2) Panzer Mark II: about 3,580
Armed with a 20-mm gun and a 7.92-mm machine-gun, this tank had a crew of three and was generally used for reconnaissance.

3) Zundapp KS750: no data
A light machine-gun was often mounted in the sidecar of this motorcycle combination that was largely used by reconnaissance troops.

4) Half-track vehicle: 15,000
The Sd Kfz 251 became the main vehicle of the Panzer Grenadiers, many of whom were still truck-borne in May 1940. The tracks enabled it to accompany tanks when moving cross-country.
