I worked for American Airlines for 12 years. The DC10 is my favorite aircraft. There was nothing better than flying First Class in a DC10 from Chicago to Los Angeles. Unfortunately the almighty dollar became way more important than passenger service and comfort and the DC10 was replaced and passengers were crammed into the far more slower and econimical Super 80 aircraft. Flying used to be a pleasure, now it's just a pain in the ass.
