Known for his mind, fancy footwork, and passion for precision, Brandon Jitting Jesus Hobbs is a poster boy for perseverance. Born in Baltimore Maryland, Brandon relocated to 7 Mile Rd. on Detroit Michigan's west side at the age of 4. Surrounded by violence, Brandon's parents raised him in the Church. Through being a member of the Churches Drill Team there, he discovered self morals and values, as well as a love for song and dance.

At the age of 10, Brandon was introduced to the underground Detroit dance culture called Jitting. Too proud to ask for help, Brandon remarkably taught and mastered the dance all by himself. While attending Detroit Public Schools, Brandon gained recognition for himself by winning dance battles on the streets and talent shows while participating in school dances, pep-rallies, and various charitable events. Brandon became known for his versatility, energy, original tricks and intricate combinations he used to entertain his audience.

In 2007 Brandon's dedication to his craft, landed him a position hosting a local Detroit dance show which boosted his viewing audience and made him a household name. Brandon broadcasted his talent through Detroit's air waves, gaining the city's attention not only from his dancing but for his charisma as well. His extreme efforts to breath new life into the otherwise left for dead Detroit dance culture explains why the locals proclaimed him the Jesus of Jit.

In November 2008 Brandon shocked the whole Midwest by winning the Midwest Big Bang Jit Battle, which consisted of jitters from all across the Midwestern region. In addition to that, Brandon's group (The Incredibles of Techno Entertainment) took home the Midwest Big Bang Championship group title. Even after being crowned MIDWEST KING OF JIT, Brandon is still on a nonstop mission to single handedly bring this Detroit dance craze to the forefront by transforming it from underground to mainstream.

Brandon is the first Detroit Jitter to make appearances on MTV's "MADE", BET's "THE DEAL", as well as TIME magazine. In 2011 he took on the name of Jittin' Genius, and became a semi-finalist on Paula Abduls new show LIVE TO DANCE, one of his proudest achievements. This allowed Brandon to give Detroit jitting such mainstream international exposure; something that hasn't happened in more than 40 years of the culture's existence. As a solo dancer, Brandon's performance yielded a standing ovation and three gold stars from the show's judges. Kimberly Wyatt (of the Pussy Cat Dolls) said not only was his footwork on fire, but he was fresh and innovative. Travis Payne, who's most famously Choreographed for Michael Jackson, said that Brandon is a born performer, finishing his statement by declaring himself a fan.

With God's blessings and the massive support of his city, Brandon "Jitting Jesus" Hobbs is confident that through hard work, faith and dedication, nothing is impossible..
