'After a couple of years of golf, I realized one of my passions was to use my experience, knowledge and skills to help people with purchasing a home.' Jim and his wife, Terry, are very involved with Northland Hospice and Legacy of Blessings, a not-for-profit home renovation organization helping the elderly, disabled and single mothers with home repairs. They support the Giving Back Program, which offers assistance to local 'heroes' police officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians and teachers. 'We also work with the Kids Fore Free golf tournament that raises money to send kids to summer Bible camp.' A true 'family man,' Jim loves to golf, ski and support the outreach work of his church. He says that he and Terry feel truly blessed to have nine children, 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, adding with a smile: 'But so far, only one dog.'
