THE LITTLE GIRL - Song by John Michael Montgomery
My first movie using The Sims 2 Game.
Unfortunately, this video was removed from YouTube due to copyright claims. Even though this was my first attempt at making a music video it was my most popular and had 13,389 views and 76 comments. It was a sad song with a powerful message. The video took me about three months to complete. Even though I had spent about three months learning to make movies with The Sims 2 game, I ran into many obstacles once I started filming and had to find ways to get the scenes I wanted. The most difficult scene was morphing the picture of Jesus into the Jesus Sim.

DON'T TAKE THE GIRL - Song by Tim McGraw
My second movie using The Sims 2 Game.
Another sad song but it's so touching. This video took me about two months to complete. Again I had to find ways to overcome many obstacles. The most difficult scenes were the girl holding the fishing pole and the hospital room though the curtain.

THE MIRROR IMAGE
My third movie using The Sims 2 Game.
It was a simple idea. What if a mirror image had a life of their own? Turns out it's not that simple to make. It took me 2 months of planning, designing, filming and editing. Most of the time was spent in getting the room just right and the editing. I had to re-film 3 times due to conflicts in the house design, furniture placement and lighting. Sorry about the voices! I had to make them myself with a voice morphing program. It is a bit long and a little boring at parts but I couldnt get myself to edit out any scenes.

My fourth movie using The Sims 2 Game.
Unfortunately, this video was removed from YouTube due to copyright claims. I really liked this video. It had 7,504 views and 20 comments. This video only took me about 60 hours to complete. The most difficult part was getting the camera angle at the beach as close as possible to the house lot.

ALMOST HOME - Song by Craig Morgan
My fifth movie using The Sims 2 Game.
This video took about 120 hours to complete. The most difficult part was the first lines about plastic bags, evening news and wool socks. Although I'm not thrilled about how that shot turned out, it was the best I could come up with. Also jumping into the creek was very difficult.

I'M MY OWN GRANDPAW - Song by Ray Stevens
My sixth movie using The Sims 2 Game.
This video took about 100 hours to complete. The most difficult part was that it had 14 different video layers, which was too many for my editing software (Adobe Premiere Elements 4). The program kept locking up and shutting down.

SUPERMAN - Song by Five For Fighting
My seventh movie using The Sims 2 Game.
This video took about 120 hours to complete. It was really fun to learn green screen and create some cool special effects. The most difficult part was learning how to use green screen effects and shooting the falling satellite scene, because I wanted the pond and fountain, the scenes could not be filmed separately and edited together without noticing the background changes. I re-filmed it 3 times hoping for better edit points but eventually had to film the entire scene in one shot. re-shooting that about 10 times because of Sims movements.

TRANSATLANTICISM -- Song by Death Cab for Cutie
My eighth movie using The Sims 2 Game.
This video took about 120 hours to complete. This one was fun but very challenging. I am still learning to use chroma key effects (green screen) but I am trying to push the limit of what I can do. This video has 11 layers of video edits, the islands, the band, and the vocalist were all filmed separately and shot multiple times using different color backgrounds until I got the right color as not to fade the scene when removing the chroma key color. Then I added the sky, the water and the grass into the removed chroma key colors. The most difficult part was trying to match the lyrics and the vocalist actions together and blending the 11 different video layers together.

AUGUST - Song by Julia Nunes
My ninth movie using The Sims 2 Game.
Although I was working on a few new projects, some that may take a year or more to complete. It had been 5 months since my last video upload to YouTube. I discovered Julia Nunes ( channel jaaaaaaa ) that I just love and that gave me 3 of 4 video ideas. So I decided to take a break for my other projects and make a couple of videos for my subscribers.

This is a fun song by Julia Nunes ( channel jaaaaaaa ) that I used to make a video that incorporated some of the fun and interesting things I love about her videos. It may be more understood by Julia Nunes fans, but I hope everyone will enjoy it.
