@MetFan0001 The bills were never overrated. They're not a great team but they don't suck either their season got ruined with injuries. 14 players on IR. Thats 1/4 of the roster decimated. Not many teams could deal with injuries like that and continue to win.

He broke his fibula which is the smaller of the 2 bones in the lower leg. 4-6 weeks is the average healing time for that kind of injury, so he will be just fine and ready to kick ass next year. @seth78546 What are you talking about? This is one of many ways to train with grippers. There is no "proper way" to work with grippers. Gripper training should vary just like any other exercise you would do for your body.

@j7512 flexor digitorum superficialis/profondus , palmer interossei muscles, lumbricles, etc. Basically grippers train muscles in the hand and deep flexor compartment of the forearm. Some extensors are activated as well such as anconeus and extensor carpi muscles.
