Music his life, his love, the reason for his existence.
Having honed his craft for considerable time now after being a late starter, Davis feels that now is the time to introduce the world to what he has to say.
Building a reputation as somebody who can combine fierce and passionate live performance with meticulously crafted studio work, Davis is now taking his own blend of Brit-Hop to the masses. Not one to 'jump the gun' in an attempt to gain short lived recognition, he notices the need to master the art before any suggestion of being an artist can occur. Having written and produced over 200 tracks since penning his first verse and composing his first beat, Davis is no stranger to the idea of hard work and constant improvement.
Jimmy was one half of a Hip Hop duo for some time, but after deciding to voyage on a solo ship in 2007, he's gone from strength to strength. Following the conclusion of his debut solo project he went on tour with the World's greatest Folk Hip Hop duo, Nizlopi. Only a few tracks from that project have ever been heard, however the long awaited debut release from Davis will be unleashed Spring/Summer 2011.
