About living in Saudi Arabia, I'm sorry but I always answer the last question and forget the rest! :P

I was born here, after the whole family came from Syria! Don't know what the correct word is; the grandfather of my parents was "banned" from Syria. They decided to ban him, and so he left and came to Saudi. The Syrian goverment was against him and his job, he was a "Shaihk", do you know what this mean?

The reason is that they hate religious Muslims in general. They welcome the Shiites, Sufis, and other groups from these who have slightly, deeply or totally wrong faith. There are religious Muslims of course, but the less religious are the more found.

It's similar over here, we already have two cars! But I still think that they're too expensive though! You made me have a feeling that I was exaggerating! :P And now I'm laughing on that. Whatever... I'm not sure. But indeed any electronic stuff that a boy in my age can buy in the US will cost less, because your money is more valuable. Digital camera, lens, cell phone (but I don't care about this one.. :P), Mac Mini, :P anything...!

Otherwise, this is not exactly the Saudi way of life, there are many ways and this is only one of them! ;) And I forgot to tell you, I am Syrian! :P

In my corrent way of life we mostly buy used cars because new cars are very very expensive. And the used cars come from rich Saudis, like land merchants, don't know what you call them!

My father has bought a new car around 18 years ago, and we still have it! A brown Crown Victoria. It's amazing! XD

I think that 2 years of continued work (they actually must be 3 at least) make the car a very expensive thing. And so for all.

And about incomes, I'm not sure, have nothing in mind. But I've just remembered that I heard that a good surgeon (with an experience of some years, but not less than 5), gains around 20000 Riyals monthly, this is too expensive!! That is not worth more than 5000 American Dollars, SO WHAT DO YOU THINK!!?? :P
