From waterfalls to water slides to fine dining to beautiful grounds and rooms the Hyatt Kauai is beautiful! Each evening there is a torch lighting ceremony at sundown which is fun to watch.
A helicopter tour around the island showed places where you could never get too by road or water. Especially interesting is the Grand Canyon of Kauai which does look similar to the Grand Canyon on the mainland. Did I mention the waterfalls?
