@MMA3013 Bro, if you were to run two miles at 8.0 and then rest for a minute, then run another two at 8.0 you would be over 32 minutes by one minute. In order to beat 32 minutes you need to run 4 miles straight at 8.0 without stopping, that will put you exactly at 32. 8 x 4 =?
