I have flexed in a video, but not one most of you would see, unless you are a physiotherapist. As a result of a nasty fall (mishap in Chicago) I have a prosthetic (artificial bone) implant in my right elbow. A new type of implant was used on me and my progress videotaped by my therapist. He has shown it at conferences and won awards. I went from having no strength in my arm and not being able to turn my hand over to having regained full strength and being able to fully straighten my arm. It is amazing how the human body can respond for us, when we make the effort to be the best we can be.
Any negative comments, which are not constructive, will be promptly removed from this site and the user blocked. However, constructive crticism is always welcome.
Similarly, any racist or homophobic comments will be removed. I have already blocked two such users. I monitor this just about daily.
This will be a safe space for all to visit.
