Looks like a normal landing except the parachute reseating itself. Layover and dragging is normal. I've been dragged at about 25 mph. Took almost 75 yards to stop.

Why does it seem every time someone watches a balloon flight they think something is wrong. A pilot may fly along and drop down to see if they can get into a landing area. Surface winds may change there direction of the balloon so they they may go back up and look for another place to land. A go...

Talk to some of the pilots about crewing for them. Most give free flights if you crew long enough. I've never paid for a flight yet, been crewing for about 8 years.
