With a 480 kilometre range, the model s is good enough for my day to day drive. However i agree with thecashhistrash, I'm going to wait for the second generation before i consider buying the model s because of the possibility of reliability issues

@farufon Yes but we can use desalination plant water. That way this wont effect the rate of desertification. Of course desal plants require a lot of energy to run but like the one in sydney it can be run on renewable energy.
