Hey to help you out Ive been taking it for years. Your acne will get worse for the first month but after that it will start clearing up. About the chapped lips, once your acne starts to clear up take it once a day or like every other day and it will still work and your lips wont dry as much.

Hey I started taking accutane in the 7th grade. I had acne on my face chest and back. It took over a month for it to clear up but it finally did. It works for acne anywhere on your body. The only side effect I had was a bloody nose when I first started taking it. But it really is a miracle. O and...
