I went around once at Thomas Creek in a Super Skyhawk with two souls on board. Ten AM in August. Not recommended, but I thought I was too high and too hot. After our successful landing, we walked upstream a couple of miles and soaked in a natural hot spring overlooking the river. A great backcoun...
