you dont put wheel cleaner in any kind of paint color buddy, you use a clay bar and lube the spot a bit to remove brake dust. k bro .Please dont damage that Range Rover any more . The owner must be calling his lawyer as i type this .

Try several hundred dollars in supplies.... you left out a polisher, pads, good quality microfibers, quality products, etc. Your $100 is way off. Also you forgot a good brand Vacuum like Rigid or Craftman. A Porter Cable 7424XP Buffer , and tons of microfiber and thick drying microfiber towel.
