@MrGangstamc There is no evidence for that. Almost all reports have him on the bridge right before the ship took her final plunge. The only reports of him being in the water is the story he paddled out with a baby in his arm and gave the baby to someone in a lifeboat.

I first heard this song the day after my grandmas funeral. My grandma was the closest thing I ever had to a mom. Whenever I hear this song I think of her...of how she is gone yet she haunts my dreams, and how for 20 years of my life I cried out and there was there....but now she's gone....
