the trex 100 is a fixed pitched and the mcpx is a collective pitch. I mean its THE MOST important difference between the 2. Yet not a word on it.

I would personnally try flip the tail motor connector and hope its that and triple check those DX7 settings.

Hard to tell from the vid, but just from the sound, are you flying in normal mode?? Cause that would be bad. Stun mode (even if you dont 3D) makes it alot more stable and gives it alot more power when you need it.
