About this user

Hi, everyone! I'm jestbiteme, and I'm one of the founding members and a co-administrator over at TVNewsTalk.net. As you might guess, local television news is a hobby of mine, and a weird one at that. For me, though, it's all about the presentation; the graphics and music, set design, camera angles and the content. It's just something that I enjoy picking apart much like someone else may enjoy playing football or motorcross.

As such, a great deal of my videos revolve around local news, especially from my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA (and occasionally of Tampa, Florida, as I have a second residence in beautiful Clearwater.) My favorite station in Pittsburgh is KDKA, and I'm sure that shows, as all my videos seem to be of KDKA.

I'm also heavily into news music, that is, of course, the music used on the news! To the uninitiated, you'd never guess the amount of music out there, the variety of styles and atmosphere; the different utilities.

I consider myself a "guru" when it comes to those two hobbies, and I proudly display the YouTube "Guru" badge! If you have any questions or complaints for me, just send me a message!
