Kazz Padidar from 'Wild Adventures' takes you on a guided walk for some coastal foraging, along a stretch of the tide and shoreline of St Ouen’s beach in Jersey, and identifies edible plants, seaweeds and shellfish along the way.
Kazz also tracks down some coastal plants before cooking on a beach fire. The foraged foods are prepared for his foraging friends to try and they learn about any healthy properties they may hold.*
Join Kazz to learn about the vast variety of wild edible and medicinal plants Jersey's unique environment has to offer during one of Jersey's Walking Weeks; there are two each year in May & September.

*This video is designed to give you an idea of the walking experiences available in Jersey. It is not a substitute for learning about wild plants and should not be used as a definitive guide to what is or is not edible. Only ever eat wild foods if you know what you are eating, and how to safely prepare them.
