Ive updated my values to reflect an attitude of Whatever it takes from just Whatever. The rules you must follow to achieve a successful and happy life are hard work and are attained through goals you are willing to set and complete.
Im walking the talk and believe me, I have plenty of experience in what happens when you dont follow the Rules. I nearly faced my peril in October and escaped Colon Cancer.
I'm so grateful for every moment, good or bad.

Personally, I love to work out. Going to the gym is a break from this machine that can cause retinal trauma. My dog, Kahlua is my companion and best friend. He teaches me everyday that its his honor and love he gives me that I ought to mimic and give to the ones I care about in my life. Thanks, Kahlua.
