@tuvokMR and @paco2k6 they are allowed to follow just across the border and they are allowed to make a civilian arrest, but only in case of heavy crimes. In case of small violations they'll only use the license plate to track the suspect.

I don't know how much the vinyl turntables cost, but that Pioneer gear (including the efx-unit) in this vid will cost you aproximately 6000 euro's which is about 5300 English pounds or 8400 US Dollar.
And I think the maker of this video is right; either get Traktor dj-software when...
