About Jeremy Kittel
"Outstanding Michigan Celtic-jazz-bluegrass fiddle wiz Jeremy Kittel" (-The Boston Globe) is on the move. Jeremy Kittel is one of today's most creative young musicians. A true multi-stylist of remarkable talent, he is a three-time US National Scottish Fiddle Champion and has won national awards for jazz and improvisation. As a leader, he has released three acclaimed CDs and has performed at the Kennedy Center, "Prairie Home Companion," Detroit Jazz Festival, Milwaukee Irish Fest, and as soloist with the Detroit Symphony. Kittel often tours with Darol Anger and will hit the road with Mark O'Connor this fall. He's currently pursuing a master's degree in jazz performance at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City."
