About Jennifer Getting Buff
I'm just your not-so-average 26-year-old girl trying to improve my life. I started this vlog in 2008 to document my weight loss.
I'm 5'8", and I started at 238 pounds. I'm working my way down to 169, then I'll reevaluate based on body fat percentage.
Here are a few of the milestones I've reached so far.
01/01/08 - 238 lbs - Start (44.5% body fat)
01/19/08 - 231 lbs - Began the SparkDiet
01/24/08 - 228 lbs - First 10 pounds
02/16/08 - 218 lbs - Another 10 pounds
02/28/08 - 216 lbs - Joined g2c
03/03/08 - 214 lbs - 10% of my body weight lost!
03/17/08 - 210 lbs - Lowest weight in 2 years
03/25/08 - 208 lbs - Down 30 pounds
03/31/08 - 205.6 lbs
05/02/08 - 210 lbs
06/01/08 - 214 lbs
08/01/08 - 210 lbs - Moved from IL to AL
11/06/08 - 203.4 lbs - Half way to goal
11/16/08 - 199.8 lbs - ONEderland!
