Hey everyone! I am a musician and eating disorder / mental health recovery advocate. I am in recovery from an eating disorder and have recovered from self-injury, and so I'll be talking about that. I consider myself a mental health musician activist. What a loaded term eh? Can somebody tell me what it means? No fear! Hopefully in time it will become self-explanatory. I am here to speak openly and ask questions. Always feel free to reach out. :)

I am supremely embarrassed about the maturity level of my last talking videos and my dignity is on the line with my decision to keep them up. Lets just hope there's been some growth and a little more coherence.
