Vegetarian for almost 12 years, who is now trying to eat a high raw vegan diet. Raw Food Rehab is an experiment my friend Penni Shelton is running for a book she is writing. The idea is to eat a diet of 80 percent raw vegan food. Most of my early videos are made for the Rehab Unit, so if you hear me mentioning it . . . that's the story! I have been so impacted by this way of life and feel a social responsibility and person responsibility to eat whole organic foods that I plan on eating 80-100 percent raw vegan for the rest of my life. My weakness? Raw honey, with which I see no problem and raw goat cheese, which I try to eat infrequently but love all the same.
