UPDATE3: do not read below, it will waste your time :P
UPDATE2: CCD or CMOS both are unacceptable, so I'll wait for a better sensor (for both photo and video)
UPDATE: all cams sux, for me :) except Canon 5D Mark II which is too pricy lol, so far top of the list is: Panasonic FZ100, Pentax K-x, Fuji FinePix HS10. I once considered Canon SX30(but the chroma aberrations and vertical smear of CCD is a turn off) OR panasonic sdr-s50 since it's top of SD cams (as I see it, but the low quality is unacceptable) OR no cam at all.

Ok, so the camera that I want to buy (if exists) must have these params:
- good video quality ie. HD instead of SD
- no jello effect (ie. due to CMOS sensor used)
- little or no vertical smear (ie. due to CCD sensor) or diagonal smears of light seen on cx116 exmor sensor (though this might not be so bad on this latter) but lack of progressive video recording makes it unacceptable
- must have some zoom (ie. 70x optical zoom of panasonic SDR-S50) or equivalent quality(even if lower zoom) with S50 when 70x optizoom
- must record in 1920x1080p aka progressive, not just interlaced (in face I don't care if interlaced is not a recording option but usually progressive isn't); this requirement seems to exclude all Sony products; also S50 does only interlaced
- flash based storage (preferably no internal), never with harddisk (I care about battery life and vibrations affecting HDD)
- waterproof or not, doesn't matter; I believe waterproof housing may exist for that.
- must have optical stabilization (was that corrected 4000 times per second ?) 'cause electronic one is maybe too flaky/slow still might not be bad for battery life(?) unsure, the latter may use much CPU(or so) power.
- low light should not have so many artifacts (CMOS might be better at this)
- does see other spots in scene if a lightsource(ie. sun) is in it (ie. CCD works)
- not 3CCD due to splitting car's lights into 3 colors when vibration is present(at least); maybe same for 3MOS also?
- no 12bit audio that may cause sync problems
- must have touchscreen with spot focus
- flash (light)
- never add add-on lens due to chroma aberration (especially blue) and the round black background seen when unzoomed
- stay away from sony due to encoding glitches and lack of progressive video recording modes
- opensource firmware that can be compiled by user and thus modified (samsung no good, can't mod the UI or any cam params, can only mod busybox and kernel and rootfs) or hacked firmware then

Cams not accepted:
- Sony CX116 due to no progressive recording, though the jello effect doesn't seem so bad. & CMOS sensor
- Panasonic SDR-S50 bad video quality, but awesome zoom & CCD sensor
