For most of my videos, I use Ulead Video Editor (in my earlier videos, I didn't know how to save it properly so I brought it over to WMM). It's better than WMM, but if you can get your hands on Sony Vegas or Adobe Premier or something, do it. They look better from what I've seen from other youtubers.
I recently got Vegas. If I got the time, I'll try making more videos.

To record game footage, I used either a DVD recorder or an Adaptec GameBridge for earlier videos. I recently got a Hauppauge HD-PVR, which can record up to 1080i. :)

Those ugly random cartoons are made with a combination of a Tablet PC and Photoshop. Then put together with whatever video editor I'm using.

Uploading videos for me is kinda rare, but that's because of a combination of my university's workload and a lack of ideas...
