the iraqis have created problems for their own citizens. the shi'ites and sunnis are killing eachother for idiotic reasons. roads, schools, and running water is in iraq, but they are still MANY problems today. a province in northern iraq is doing fine because they all were so tired of the violence they said " if anybody tries to disturb our peace, we will kill them." some people do want americans there, especially the government because the country will be very unstable if otherwise. americans are not killing them, they're killing eachother. gladly we will leave iraq, and the iraqis will have a major civil war, we gave them enough time, they didnt use it. they wasted it by killing eachother.
