2010 WILL BE A TURNING POINT IN PHILIPPINES. FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE FOR THIS POOR COUNTRY.

So let's get real.

We hope and pray for a change after the presidential elections.

Now that President Noynoy Aquino chose to support the Reproductive Health Bill, why oppose him?

For 16 years, the church rallied against it. The public has been misinformed that this bill is about legalizing abortions or will lead to legalizing abortions. That abortifacients will be permitted and legally sold. That the government will only take kickbacks. That companies will only profit from the poor. That the bill is anti-life. That the bill will only impose two child policy. All not true.

Please read RH Bill 4244. It is written in simple English and none of the above appears on this bill.

The Catholic Church urged the use of natural family planning methods and opposed artificial contraceptives.

They believe that educating the public on use of modern contraceptives will only contribute to abortions and convert all Filipinos into immorals or even as sex maniacs.

In reality, abortions in Philippines have gone sky high. There are no contraceptives and sex education available for these women.

If natural family planning is effective, how come the population exploded from 55 million to 99.9 million in 14 years?

Why didn't the Catholic Church threaten to excommunicate or penalize past presidents for causing unbelievable high rates of abortions during their office terms?

Have the Church neglected their spiritual and moral obligations in educating the public to stop women from seeking abortions?

Aborted fetuses dumped in front of Churches and other parts of the cities seem like normal news these days. Archibishops can only sigh and condemn their actions.

If natural family planning failed to stop abortions and population explosion, don't you think it's time to give RH Bill a chance?

Perhaps the statistics on high abortions and increase in population will change.

Perhaps the quality of life will improve.

I am a Catholic and a mother. I believe that God is leading us to the right path of freedom and for a brighter future for our children.

I believe that the right president is elected to implement the bill that will effectively change the poverty issues and make all citizens more responsible people.

I believe that the Reproductive Health Bill will be supported by all religions for the sake of all Filipino children.

I believe that today's generation, the youth and the voice of all will help this RH Bill to reality because the future of this country depends on them.

I believe that all citizens have not lost their moral responsibilities in releasing the poor from their sufferings.

Every year, as many as 750,000 women undergo induced abortion in illegal "clinics" all over the Philippines.

Surveys indicate that women resorting to abortion are often from economically disadvantaged groups and take this step because they are unable to provide for another child.

Surveys also indicate a high incidence of repeat abortion. In a context of poor health conditions and widespread malnutrition, and where some 76 per cent of deliveries occur at home and only 21 per cent are attended by a physician, induced abortions are poorly performed and result in high maternal mortality and morbidity.)

Induced abortion is the fourth leading cause of maternal deaths in the country," declares the first State of the Philippine Population Report (SPPR), published by the Commission on Population (Popcom) with assistance from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

2001 - 2010 ARROYO ADMIN.
Do you want this type of government in power for life?

Do you want this type of individuals running the Philippine government?

Do you want this government to stay in power for life?

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

"You can no longer dream in a world of coma. Philippines is dying." Tomorrow starts today! We can light the torch of freedom again. We are not powerless!

We are Subjects of a corrupt government. We must not allow the government to act wrongfully against us. Government must be checked. Bureaucrats must be resisted. They must be over-ruled.
About Me:

If Gordon has his transformative politics, Noynoy has his "transformative leadership". The platform has sixteen (16) points, namely:

1. A government headed by a President who will be the foremost crusader against graft and corruption.
2. Job generation is top priority to realize or concretize economic gains or data before the people.
3. Education as central strategy, meaning the Noynoy administration will surely invest in enhancing the skills or the potentialities of human resources to combat poverty.
4. Advancement or improvement of public health.
5. Enhancement of the justice system
6. An Executive department that
dispenses equal justice and fair to everyone.
7. Recognition of farms and rural enterprises as key engines for achieving food security.
8. Anti-poor programs that widens economic opportunities for the poor.
9. A government that promotes conditions for growth of all economic sectors, big or small.
10. A government that promotes local employment opportunities and takes care of Filipinos who decide to work abroad.
11. Political appointees chosen based on integrity, competence and performance.
12. Professionalization of the government bureaucracy.
13. A government that promotes gender equality in all spheres of life.
14. " A broadly supported peace initiative" in Mindanao--whatever that means.
15. Allow the building of "Inclusive urban communities"--whatever that means.
16. Sustainable use of natural resources for the betterment of the country.

For your information, Supreme Court Justices are obliged to retire upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70, otherwise there is no term limit for the justices. Arroyo's appointees will be in their seats until 2022. CJ Corona will turn 70 in 2018. This is how Arroyo planned it all before she left for office. Protect herself, her family, her loot. Never underestimate GMA and Corona's silence. She will be freed. Fight corruption in this country with Arroyo's justices? Good luck Pnoy!

ARE THE CRIME VICTIMS IN THE PHILIPPINES THE FORGOTTEN PEOPLE OF OUR TIME?

J.Edgar Hoover, late director of Federal Bureau of Investigations, asks the following questions: "Have you ever thought about how many criminals escape punishment, and yet, the victims never have a chance to do that? Are crime victims in the United States today the forgotten people of our time? Do they receive full measure of justice.

A criminal on death row has a chance to prepare his death, make a will, and make his last statements, etc. while some victims can never do it. There are many other crimes where people are injured by stabbing, rape, theft, etc. To some degree at least, the victims right to freedom and pursuit of happiness is violated.

When the assailant is apprehended and charged, he has the power of the judicial process who protects his constitutional rights. What about the victim? The assailant may have compassion from investigating officers, families and friends. Furthermore, the criminal may have organized campaigns of propaganda to build sympathy for him as if he is the one who has been sinned against. These false claims are publicized, for no reason, hence, protecting the criminal.

Poor Filipinos are the victims of our time. Government officials who amassed a massive level of wealth that they themselves could not explain with their government salary over the years. They have forgotten that public funds are intended to build schools, hospitals, fund scholarships for deserving students, health care, housing for thousands of families, fight poverty, food for the children, helping farmers etc.

They have taken the rights of the poor people to live and survive.

Their human dignity as the Filipino children and families eating garbage gathered from dump sites and restaurant garbage bins. Each day is a struggle to survive.

The sad thing is, the Arroyos and many others have been re-elected. They will continue to live their lavish and wasteful lifestyles at the expense of this country.

Bishop Iniguez said that they never had a "vow of poverty" but live in a "spirit of poverty" Hindi naman daw nila binibili yang mga luxurious things. Bigay daw lahat yan ng parokya nila. Of course kasama na dyan ang mga written request for 4 x 4. Donated mansion for Arch. Vidal etc.

Kung powerful kayo, simply tell your parokya..please ibigay niyo na lang sa mahihirap ang ginastus niyo sa mga luxury things na yan. Mahirap ba yon? Hwag na kayong mang-uto! Hwag magpa-uto sa mga obispo!

What do people get in return after giving them luxurious things? Promises to heaven? They attack the government to justify that they are for the people. They organize rallies, people power, campaigning to oust presidents. They spend more time in politics. These are all clear violations of the Constitution! In the case of GMA, she stayed for 10 yrs...ever wondered why? But Filipinos are kind and religious. They let the church run their lives. This country will never move forward.

Church condemns mining but owns shares in Philex
Chamber head Jerry Brimo produced before a breakfast forum in Makati a report of Philex Mining Corp. listing the shares in the company owned by the Archbishop of Manila, the Religious of the Virgin-B, and the Archbishop of Zamboanga.

The report for the quarter to March 31, 2011, listed the Archbishop of Manila as owning 3,221,135 shares in the copper and gold mining firm, the Religious of the Virgin-B with 3,125,777 shares plus another 1,091,027, and the Archbishop in Zamboanga with 1,116,147 shares.

"How can the Catholic Church give its moral backing to environmental advocates in Palawan protesting against mining in general?" said Brimo, head of Nickel Asia Corp. in the province.

Senator Bongbong Marcos: "We must remember that the Rh Bill that is being debated is a law being crafted not for or against any church, but for the nation. It does not seek to change any law of any church whether Catholic, Islamic, Taoist, Buddhist, or any church at all. The State respects all churches and their laws; it respects and must abide by the law of separation of church and state as enshrined in our Constitution."

Yan ang dapat na presidente ng Pilipinas! A President not supported by the Church! The church can scream, exorcise him, excommunicate him, run personal attacks against him, we do not care at all!
Brand him anti-Christian, unwise or Bad Catholic, no one cares!

This country has to move forward without the Church interfering with the government affairs. Let them do their roles in moral and spiritual guidance. They forgotten their responsibilities and spending too much in fighting the RH Bill. Whatever happened to their moralities in a country with over 80% Catholics?

Philippines has high rates of prostitution, 500,000 to 800,000 illegal abortions, 2 million child abuse every year, human trafficking, sex slaveries, sales of abortifacients just steps outside churches and they have been silent in these issues. Is it all about money, money, money? Don't be brainwashed. Use your efforts in making this country move to a better life than spreading lies!
