About this user

Known for his remarkable skills as an "Instrumental Engineer", Super Producer J-du a.k.a. SiKWitIt is also an artist/writer/recording engineer/mixing engineer/mastering engineer. J-du, known for his down south, bass hitting, speaker knocking beats, has been making beats since a young age, but never got serious with the music until 2004. J-du's focus was on playing college basketball, at Enterprise State, until he was then sent to Iraq for the wars in 2002-2004. When he returned home, J-du linked up with his brother "Boneafyde" who was the local lyricist, and began to do music together. Also linking up with local mogul and childhood friend Patrick "Presidential" Yant, and became part of Stackin' Chips Productions. Quickly, J-du (then known as J-Gutta) rose to become a local celebrity, performing in all the local and surrounding clubs. J-du dropped his first solo album "Southern Style" in 2005, preceded in 2006 with "The Next Level". Also during this time, opened for Cash Money's BG, and also opened for LiL Webbie at a night club in Pensacola FL. The Club was also one of the famous Boxer Roy Jones' establishments. Soon after, J-du took his music to Atlanta GA, where he won major talent shows landing him and interview with an A&R rep with Universal Records. Over the years J-du and his talents became well known in the area, and he decided it was time to do more with his talents, picking up books and reading more into the music business. He later realized it was more to music than being an artist. It was then he decided to look into the other avenues of the music business. With a diploma in audio engineering, J-du has successfully been producing artist for over 7 years now. Since moving back to his home state of Texas, J-du has produced his brother Boneafyde's first solo album "The First Wave" in 2008. J-du also produced a follow up album later in 2008 call "US vs. Them", the duo of the two brothers. Super Producer J-du was scheduled to release his 3rd solo album "Evolution" in 2009 but realized the album was missing something....heart, so he decided to shelf it.
