About Counterflow

This channel is dedicated to anything on wheels. If its on the road, I'll put it on the air. I'll try to keep a video blog of my travels and share some of the unique experiences I am fortunate enough to be blessed with. But once again, expect it to have something to do with cars :)

Welcome to my little world. Here you will find a window into my life, as captured by me, the way I want to remember it.

I am the Editor in Chief of a Philippine based car magazine called C! Magazine. I love cars, F1 and photography and am in a unique position to be blessed with a job that lets me indulge in all of my passions whilst getting paid for it, too.

The magazine has been extremely successful, which I'm incredibly grateful to God and our loyal readers for, but after 8 years of writing and photographing cars, a few people had continuously mentioned that they wanted to see more of the behind the scenes of what we do and not just the finished product. This inspired me to create some video blogs of our trips.

You see, for me, life is not about where you've been or where your going, its all about the impressions you leave along the way. This is why I love photography and now short video blogs. Not just can you capture the world exactly how you want to rememeber it, but you have a chance to educate, communicate and shape opinions, too. A single picture of my country could shatter years of misconceptions that you may have grown up with; that same picture could also soothe the pangs of homesickness for the overseas worker who has left the comforts of home to dedicate his or her life to building a better one for the ones he left behind. Same angle, different views. It all comes down to perspective.
