I thought this was the DC/RI band Rain Like the Sound of Trains...it's a Virginia band called Divide by Zero--maybe someone should change the title to Divide by Zero as RLT/SOT actually had a record out and toured outside of Virginia...

Its not the Southern California hardcore band, but a guy that loves fishin'!
