That is stock, although, it doesn't always sound like that though. Just on cold starts the air/fuel mix isn't as lean as normal (meaning more gas in the mix) until warmed up - This is why it is much louder and you get the backfire pops. Awesome!

He did this in manual mode and shifted late. Also to mention is that he didn't do any type of launching methods - just mashing on the pedal from a stop. I'd take this new C350 over any Audi, BMW or Infiniti all day everyday...
