Who elected the dufus who asked Ron Paul if he had elect ability- and what difference does it make? The dufus was appointed by God knows who and for reasons known only to the other and lesser deity. In American democracy, minorities and their freedom to speak is protected so that good ideas percolate to the top. Then the people decide if the individual is electable.
